The Daily News reports that Lord Elgin offered to assist Natal in tlie Zululand trouble if allowed a voice in controlling tlie situation. Natal preferrred to appeal to the Transvaal and Cape "Colony, which are willing to assist. The Daily Telegraph asserts that tlie mobilisation in Natal os due to Dinizulu’s refusal last week to assist the police to find concealed rebels.
Two thousand armed Zulus are located near Diuizulu.
