AgentGeneral, thinks there is an excellent prospect of the All-Red Rente Committee recommending a scheme for an Atlantic-Pacific service, affording the desired speed, and not involving a prohibitive subsidy. He considers it unlikely that the British Government will subsidise-the Atlantic section, the only service that would not a from the Imperial advantages desired.
