Press Association. AVELUNGTON, Nov. 28. A married woman named Annie Whittaker and a young man named Win. Burford were charged at the Supreme Court to-day with having consumed to procure abortion in tho case of a young unmarried woman named Alary Bond. Air. AVilloril appeared for Airs. AAhittaker, and asked that the accused "orsons he tried separately. After some argument this was granted. The woman was found not guilty. Burford will come up for trial on Saturday.
