' In the eoursetof his presidential address at the Institute of Bankers, Sir Felix Schaster said he did not expect low rates of money for some little time. He referred to the indications of coming restrictions of trade all over the world, and considered the development of trade had proceeded somewhat too rapidly, outstripping available capital, especially in railway and electrical undertakings.
