The following summary of tlio trade of the port was submitted, yesterday to the Harbor Board: Imports :—655,911ft timber, 12,512 posts and strainers, 22,500 bricks, 123tons lime, 192 casks and 4/4 bags cement, 1046 tons coal, 51 horses and cattle, 30 sheep, 19 bales coastal wool, 317 sacks grass seed, 1156 sacks potatoes, 449 sacks oats, 220 sacks chaff, 26 sacks wheat, 117 sacks malt, 204 sacks bran and pollard, 8-} tons oatmeal, 864 tons flour, 454 tons sugar, 18 tons salt, 1050 cases kerosene and benzine, 644 tons fruit, 63 hogsheads, 645 cases, 20 barrels, 2 kegs beer and stout, 31 cases, 1 quarter cask, 13 octaves wines, 471 cases, 45 quarter casks, 17 octaves spirits, 2362 houseblocks, 2 motor cars, 142 tons wire, 1475 tons miscellaneous.
Exports: 1059 boxes butter, 5098 carcases mutton, 111 tons meat sundries, 25 cases preserved meats, 50 casks tallow, 931 hides, 2903 sheepskins, 10 tons manure, 232 bales 24 pockets wool, 1446 sheeji, 34 cattle and horses, 885 sacks grass-seed, 1138 sacks maize, 36 sacks chaff, 94 tons fruit, 5324 tons miscellaneous.
