J HOWDY STUDENTS BREAK UP FEMALE MEETING. Two hundred students carrying hells, whistles, rattles, and comets prevented Mrs. Pankhurst addressing the suffragettes at Birmingham, finally dispersing the meeting with sulphurated hydrogen. Mis. Panlrhurst threatens that hundreds of suffragettes will confront Mr. Asquith if he speaks at Birmingham.
