Air. C. G. Bloore wants to buy a building section in Childers or Palmerston roads; or a house in either of thoso streets. Air. J. Tohill has commenced business as a jobbing joiner, and makes a specialty of furniture repairs. A young lady is wanted for office and photographic studio. A change of advertisement is inserted by Air. Attwood, second-hand dealer, giving particulars of prices for a number of lines.
Tenders are invited by the Cook County Council for a number of road contracts.
Among vacancies advertised by Alessrs Peckover and Co. are positions for a ploughman, waitress, lad, and married shepherd. Alessrs Peckover and Co. have a house and furniture for sale, also a small business at Wairoa that would suit cither sex.
