Messrs J. Peckover and Co., in their change of advertisement,- offer very central and superior residences. One of the £340 houses is equal to new, and a great bargain. Particulars of the furniture sale at Messrs F. S. Malcolm and Co.’s mart to-morrow are advertised. The sale commences at 11 o’clock with poultry jin d produce, after which the furniture .will.; be disposed of. Mr. AV. Lissant Clayton has for sale a first-class improved sheep property, slightly under 1000 " acres in area. The land carries two slieep to the acre, and tlio sale price is £7 10s per acre.
Messrs Common, Shelton and Co. advertise several new properties for sale, including one of 2630 acres, and another of 3000 acres. Ten acres and cottage at Mangapapa, section and bouse at Ormond, and town properties are on tho list.
