Drunkenness —Chas. Tills was fined os and costs. Richard Solomon was fined £l, and costs. John Galvin was fined ss, and costs. Solicitor’s Bill of Costs.—W. Sievwright sued P. A. Johansen for £3 19s Id, being legal costs in connection with the transfer of a parcel of land. —Defendant gave evidence to the effect that he had understood the seller of the land would be liable for these costs. By Mr. Sievwright: Understood that tho seller had already paid the costs.—The Bench said that if defendant had paid tho amount to the seller his only course would be to recover it from him. Judgment would be for plaintiff, with costs 6s. Prohibition Orders.—Two prohibition orders were granted.
