The new Druce-Portland Company, with a capital of £25,000, has been formed, issuing £20,000 to he subscribed. It acquires the rights of John -i-ShQridqn, who, under agreement with George Hollamby Uruce and T. K. V. Coburn, claims 10 percent of aiiy proceeds accruing'' to" Hollamby Druce from the Duke of Portland’s Howard De Walden estates. Hollamby Druce warns the public that lie has disposed of the whole of his rights to G. 11. Druce, Limited. The Druce-Portland Company cautions the newspapers circulating Truce's warning that the statements are libellous.
The prospectus suggests that Sheri dan’s interest is worth £1,600,000.
