The members of the Scientific Expeditions, which are to visit (the Auckland and Campbell Islands, were to liave left the Bluff to-morrow In the Hi nemo a. Owing, however, to the deViying of tho Mtanaroa’s departu re from Wellington till tin's morning, it is probable, as there are several members of fho expedition •aboard her, that the liinemoa’s departure will be delayed. The Christchurch members of tlie expedition left for the South by tlie first express. 'Messrs. R. E. Aston (Wellington), R. Brown (Wanganui), and Field (Wellington), who arrived from the North on Sunday, also left for tlie South this morning. The other Northern members of the expedition l who u;re oil board the Mararota are Mr. J. S. Tennant (Wanganui), Professor H. B. Kirk (Wellington), and Mr. G. Hudson (Wellington).
