ARNST WINS A RACE. United PreSß Association—Copyright (Received 0.55 a.m., Nov. 12.) SYDNEY, Nov. 11. At tho Ulmarra regatta, tho Allcomers Race, two miles, - resulted : Arnst, scratch, 1; Noonan, 45secs, 2; C. Towns, scratch, 3. Towns led for the first mile. Arnst made the pace hot from the start, but did not pull as scientifically as Towns. After a mile Arnst went to the front, and won comfortably by five lengths. In the race between Fogwell and Mitchell for £2OO aside and the championship of the North Coast, Fogwell took the lead at the half-mile, and won by 12 lengths. Time, 19[mins.
