ATTACKED IN BOTH HOUSES. United Press Association —Copyright (Received 10.49 p.m., Nov. 8.) MELBOURNE, Nov. 8. An attack is being mado on the Government in both Houses, the Labor members participating, for the delay in enforcing tlio excise duty under tlio new protection scheme. It is contended that tlio Government rushed to protect tho manufacturer, but are very dilatory in protecting workers.
