(Special to Times.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 7. The tone of the local market is somewhat easier in consequence of the latest news from Australia. The local bakers have, therefore, deferred till next week consideration of the question of further raising the price of bread. A drop in tlie price of flour is expected.
