Messrs Gaudin and Co. -advertise a number of country properties tor sale.
■Messrs F. S. Malcolm and Co. hold their first auction sale in their mart, Lowe street, to-day, :vt 1.30, when they well sell without reserve six cases of travellers’ samples, including sample boots, carpet squares and hearth rugs, curtains. Jap vases, screens, tea sets, hail stands, silver cni 'ts. etc. All : ample; are to he sold without reserve. On Saturday thev sell produce and poultry at 10.30, and continue with furniture and sundries, including two bicycles and an incubator. The Clydesdale stafl'qn Pride of England will travel this season ill Ormond and surrounding -districts. Messrs Peckover and Co have a town and country hoarding-house for sale.
A position for a waitress is vacant.
