Damaging Property.—AA m. Croker charged with drunkenness in a public place; convicted and fined 18s, costs 2s, in delimit 48 hour’s ■imprison-ment.—-Win. Croker charged with a similar offence, was mulcted in the same way. . Damaging Property.—AA in. Croker was further charged. with the wiliul destruction of two pillows, the property of the New Zealand Government, while in the police cells. He was convicted and fined the sum of 10s, together with 7s, the value of the pillows, and 2s Court costs, m default of immediate payment 4S hours’ imprisonment-.
