-With -to-day’s issue is [an inset giving details of the various fine properties ito he offered by Mr'. W. Lissant Clayton at the land sale next Saturday, which Messrs. Williams and Kettle are holding ill conjunction with him. Especial attention is drawn to the exceptionally easy terms upon which the majority of these properties are offered.
