POLICING THE COAST.
(Received Oct. 14, 11.51 p.m.) PARIS, Oct. 14. It is reported that the French and Spanish Governments are intending to .inform the Powers that Abdul Aziz has ceded to them for a year his rights in policing the Moroccan coast and waters against contraband of war.
