CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 3.
Cabinet’s decision regarding Mr. McCullough’s suspension was received to-day, and is to tho effect that if McCullough agrees to sign ail undertaking that he will for tile future refrain from taking ail active part in political affairs he will be re-instated forthwith. It is understood, however, that Mr. McCullough will refuse to agree to these terms.
