RAISULI ISOLATED. TREATMENT OF MACLEAN. United Press Association—Oop/righl TANGIER, Aug. 15. Raisuli is now isolated, and lias scarcely any followers with him.
A letter was received _ yesterday from Kaid Maclean stating that a good impression liad been created among the Kabyles by the victory of the. Sultan’s troops. It is known that Sir Harry’s health is indifferent, as he suffers from heart disease, and any shook may he prejudicial. Raisuli’s attitude towards his prisoner is not as kind as it formerly was, and it appears that Kaid Macljan is made to .feel the full burden of liis uncertain situation.
