PERSONAL.
The Post Office staff met yesterday afternoon to make a presentation, consisting of a silk and gold albert, to Mr. H. N. Sutherland, telegraph cadet, who is severing his connection with the Telegraph Department. The presentation was made by Mr. W. H. Renner, postmaster, who spoko in high praise of Mr. Sutherland’s ability as an operator, his complimentary remarks being supported by the Chief Clerk and the officer in charge of the operating room.
