APPROVED BY THE PEACE CONFERENCE. United Press Association —Copyright (Received Sept. 23, 10.31 p.m.) THE HAGUE, Sept. 23. A plenary sitting of the Peace Convention, by 37 to 1 with 6 absent, adopted a draft convention relating to the establishment of an international prize court, the only dissentient being Brazil. M. Nelidoff,. on behalf of the conference, congratulated M. Renault, France, to whose efforts everyone attributed the success of the scheme. At Sir Edward Fry’s instance the conference decided unanimously to make the prize court the subject of a special international convention.
