PROPOSALS OF THE SINN FEIN. United Press Association —Copyright (Received Sept. 16, 10.55 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 16. Gavin Duffy, one of Sir Gavin Duffy’s sons, interviewed by the Westminster Gazette states that the Sinn Fein desires to build up Ireland from within; reoognises that tho physical force policy is not feasible; arms at obtaining repeal of the Union; wants two separate Parliaments under one King; hopes to induce the Nationalists to withdraw from Westminster where their presence is useless, and meanwhile a national assembly or 46U members will meet in Dublin to advise countv councils; to form and control a national stock exchange; organise a voluntary protection policy; establish national consular services. He believes Ireland and the United States would subscribe £50,000 a year.
