Tho Times’ Hague correspondent says that, excepting in connection with the Prize Court scheme, every question of maritime law and usage before tho Conference reveals a most striking and .significant divergence between Britain and Germany. The latter desires to revolutionise the whole theory of maritime law and usage against the interests of Britain and neutral shipping.
