STEPHANO RAZETTO CASE.
A FURTHER MOTION. Press Association, DUNEDIN, Sept. 14. Apnlication was made to Sir. Justice Williams in connection with the Stephano Razetto for an order for Brodrick and Co., Lloyd’s agents and bottomry bondholders, to file accounts. His Honor made an order in terms of the motion, and considered under the circumstances accounts should be taken here, and not at Invercargill. A summons for payment of wages and outgoings was also considered. His Honor made an order that the captain, second officer, and a seaman be paid wages to August 15th, the captain to be entitled to maintenance from , August 15th to date of payment. His Honor disallowed a claim for interpreting, and referred other matters, such as the Consul’s account and the account of Waterstone, the ship’s agent, to the Registrar for inquiry and report. A further application for payment to the Court of the net amount realised on the sale was allowed to stand over' till Wednesday.
