AVitTi reference to the match to-day, taking into consideration the fact that the Aucklanders played a hard match yesterday afternoon against Hawke’s llay, in which they were defeated, and then, went straight aboard the steamer for Gisborne, the local team should make a good stand against them, despite their great reputation.
