Press Association. j CHRISTCHURCH, September yO. The Inspector of Police has received a message, from Akaroa stating that flic body of James Joseph Herbert Pr.scoe, an ex-constable, was found lying on a road at 8.40 p.m. yesterday. A bottle containing a little whisky was found lying beside him.
