LYTTELTON TUGS.

CHRISTCHURCH, September 9. A special meeting of- the Lyttelton Harbor Board was held this afternoon when it-' was decided to accept tho offer of a .northern firm for the purchase of the tug, Lyttelton. The new tug, Canterbury, is expected to arrive at Lyttelton to-morrow or Wednesday.
