Trapp, a timber merchant, urged the A 1 blister of Customs to admit New Zealand ' jn'ne free, as no timber in Australia was. so suitable for butter boxes. Air. Chapman said the Government intended to allow drawback on New- Zealand butter box timber. Air. Trapp contended that this would cause trouble, ,ns the right mail would not get tho drawback.
