AUCKLAND HORTICULTURAL SHOW.

Press Association. AUCKLAND, September 5. The Spring Show under the auspices of the Auckland Horticultural Shew was opened this afternoon. The entries were larger than on auy previous occasion. In the champion class alone fully 2000 narcissi were shown. For the best collection of 40 district varieties of daffodil blooms the prizes went to J. Kirker, A. Nichol, H. E. Sharp and W. F. Buckland in that order. W. Goldie secured the award for cinerarias, H. E. Sharp for rhododendrons, and Miss Kissling for table decorations.
