INVERCARGILL, September 2. * The Stofano Razetto case came be- * foro Mr. Justice Williams again at the Supreme Court to-day, when two motions by Thomas Brodrick and Co. were discussed. The motion for moneys due for payment out of court of charterers’ freight was granted, less sums of £3O 10s 5d and £SB 7s 6d, which are to be detained in- court, and the manner of their payment to lie settled in Dunedin. The second motion was for payment out of court of tho net amount realised on the sale of the ship. Mr. Haggitt (who appeared in support of tho motion) agreed that £SOO he retained to cover any margin of contestable items., An order was made for the payment of £2650. The fees of the Marshal, agents, and appraisers are to come out of that sum.
