WELLINGTON HOTELS.
HOT WATER IN BARS INSISTED ON. Press Association. WELLINGTON, September 2. The City Licensing Committee met to-day. The chairman said the committee xx-ould insist on hot water being laid on to bars for sanitary purposes. An application for the transfer of the license in respect of the Empire Hotel xvas adjourned pending certain provisions for escape in case of fire.
