MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 2. (Before" Mr. \V. A. Barton, S.M.) Drunkenness.—Two first offenders were dealt with in the usual manner. Michael Mahon was convicted and fined £2, costs 4s 6d, ill default 7 days imprisonment. John Cassidy was fined 10s, costs 2s, in default 48 hours’ imprisonment. Procuring Liquor.—Michael Mahon was further charged with procuring liquor during the currency of a. prohibition order, and was convicted and fined £5, costs 2s, in default 14 -days’ imprisonment. John Cassidy was also charged with a - similar offence and was convicted aiid fined £5, costs 2s, in default 14 days’ imprisonment.
