AYEDNESDAY, AUGUST 28. (Before Air. AY. A. Barton, S.AI.) Drunkenness.—John Iverson, who was convicted of a similar offence yesterday, was charged with benig found drunk and was fined £l, costs 2s in default 4 days’ imprisonment. Application for a Separation Order. —-Hannah O’Sullivan made an application for a. separation order, on the grounds of persistent cruelty, from her husband Patrick O’Sullivan. Air. Finn appeared for the complainant and Air. Stock for the defendant. After hearing tho evidence of complainant, his AVorship dismissed the application, stating that lie did not' think that there was sufficient evidence of cruelty. He said that there was no doubt there were faults on both sides, as in tho majority of matrimonial disputes.
