United Press Association —Copyr ght Received August 22, 0.2 a.m. MELBOURNE, August 21. A fire occurred oil the steamer Indraghiri, but was extinguished after burning for an hour. It is believed tlie cargo is considerably damaged, though tlie vessel is not much injured.
