MONDAY, AUGUST 19. (Before Mr. W. A. Barton, S.M.) Drunkenness.—A first offender was dealt with in the usual manner. Claim for a Bedstead.—Tho caso of Jns. Whinray v. John Graham, claim for £2 12s fid, being the price of a b dstead, which was adjourned from tho 27th July, was continued. Afiter hearing tlio evidence of Mrs. Auld, nurse, who was present when the bedstead was broken, his Worship delivered judgment for plaintiff, without costs. Claim for Stabling, etc. —J. R. Redstone and Sons v. James Price, claim for £2 7s fid. —After hearing a number of witnesses his Worship gave judgment for plaintiff for 12s 6d, with costs Bs.
