EXODUS OF EUROPEANS. United Press Association —Copyright AIOROCCO, August 18. Only 5000 people remain at Casablanca. One thousand French troops are encamped a mile eastward; 500 Spanish troops are in Casablanca, and 1500 more are expected. The .Moons are gathering in the vicinity, and apparently a fight is impending. Europeans have evacuated Atarakeli and Alogador and voile aboard warships. A Jehad or holy war is being preached in many parts of the interior. Spain and France have come to a complete agreement regarding military action in Alorocco.
Recoived August 19, 9.21 p.m. PARIS, August 19. AI. Hanatoux, writing in the Revue Diplomatique, advises France to act energetically in Alorocco, and define her rights and duties. Ho is convinced she would encounter no serious Continental opposition.
