Press Association. AUCKLAND, August 17. Captain Cliffe, an experienced master mariner, credits the report that th Constance Craig was off Hokianga on .July 26. Ho concludes slio was badly knocked about, but lost only in".- deck hamper, and that she was blown out to sea after being sighted of- Hokianga in a disabled condition. SI > w-as a staunch vessel. Ho expects her to reach Hokianga again shortly. . AUCKLAND, August 18. A native at Pakui, north of Auckland, reports finding wreckage (in the bt-u-h from the Constance Craig. This includes the name board of the ve :el with Margarita on one side and Cc.-stanco Craig on the other. The natives -state that tho name was rast-. -ed to a largo piece of timber. Other wreckage is part of tho com. paiiion-way, a boat’s paddle and pait of a leg of a table.
