Press Association. WELLINGTON, August 16. At the Supreme Court to-day Hy. Turner was found not guilty of" indecent behaviour. John Byron Hamilton was convicted of burglary at Laery and Co.’s stoic and pleaded guilty to receiving stolen goods in connection with other burglaries in Wellington. Sentence was deferred. At the Magistrate’s Court to-day Jas. White, cabin steward of the steamer Rotoiti was fined £1 and costs for illegally selling liquor. Frcdk. Weiss for selling alcoholic wine without a license was fined £1 and costs.
