It is proposed that the executive committee shall fix the minimum price for flour, wheat, meal, sharps, bran and pollard for the whole state, and that forward selling of flour shall ho limited to three months. It is also provided, as a basis of calculation, that 20s per ton bo regardel as the cost of flour manufacture, and 50 bushels of wheat as the quantity to make a ton of flour. It is not considered that the combine, so long as it limted to one state, would forco up prices to any considerable extent, unless a combination with organisations in other states followed-
