THE LAND BILL.
A PECULIAR AIOVE. (Special to Times.) WELLINGTON, last night. Notices were sent out for a meeting of the Land Committee to-day to deal with the Land Bill. Later on there was some comment- in the lobby when it was notified that the notices were countermanded, no reason being given.
