At the residence of Airs. Sounder, Aberdeen road, on Thursday, the wedding was solemnised of Air. llobt. Jas. Brown, of Opoutnnia, and Aliss Clara Alice Neal, daughter of Air. C. Neal, of Alatawai. Tlio happy couple lelt in the evening for Opoutama, where they will reside. They were the reeipents of numerous handsome presents. Air. Edward Murphy intends to leave to-day on a visit abroad, via Vancouver. He will take passage by the Aorangi. Aliss Alurcutt, the popular lecturer, s, arrives from Napier to-day, and will he welcomed this afternoon. Air. George Dines, of Messrs Macky, Logan, and Caldwell, left this morning on his periodical visit to East Coast settlements. Mr. E. J. Chris]), of the firm of Chris]) and Coleman, goes North by the Alokoia this morning. Air. Allan Ale Lean, of the Kaikolm station, is at present in town. Visitors to town include the following: Alessrs J. Norcross (Waimata), It. F. Bradley (Tolago'BPemberton (Palmerston North), Tilver and Pook (Te Karaka). Alaxwoll (Alotu). Cottle (Waerenga-o-kuri), H. Kenway (Waimata), Geo. Williams (Hauiti).
