Constable O’Hara left for Auckland yesterday. Prior to his departure the popular constable received presentations from the citizens and lis fellow members in the force. Mr. Colin Macdonald Gilruy, fourth Rhodes scholar for New Zealand and third Otago University man to gain the distinction, was presented by the Mayor (Mr.-London) on behalf of the citizens of Dunedin with a gold watch and albert, pa-travelling case, and a letter under the common seal of the City Council.
