The- Magistrate (Mr. McCarthy) today delivered reserved judgment- in a case against- Jeremiah Hartnett, William Meikle; and Martin Campbell, charged with assisting in the illegal sale of-liquor. " The Magistrate found this const-itiited an offence and fined each £2 witli ed.sts, or ill default a. fortnight’s imprisonment.
