At tho request of Te Karaka settlors To Rangi Pai has consented to give a concert on Thursday night at the King’s Theatre, assisted by a. strong concert narty of Gisborne s leading amateurs. Amongst other popular items, Mrs. Howie’s contralto voice will be heard in tile favorite ballads, “Banks of Allan Water,” “Homo, Sweet Homo,’ “Three Fishers,” “Nearer my God to Thee,” “Douglas Gordon,” and “Annie Laurie,” besides popular duets and trios.
