FIGURES FOR THE COLONY
(Special to Times.) WELLINGTON, last night. In Auckland 613 members belong to tho Industrial Union of Employers. Tho figures in tho other districts are: Wellington, 526; Canterbury, 1218, Otago and Southland, 846; Taranaki, 48 ; Marlborough, 40; Nels °n, * Westland, 27. There are 109 such Unions in the colony with a incmbcrSll Tho number for the Workers’ Union are given as follow: Auckland, 7.92 J , Wellington O/U; Canterbury 7 42.), Otago and Southland, 6,884, laia naki, 202; Marlborough, 164; Nelson. 450; Westland, 2,559. I here are 274 Workers’ Unions with a total membership of 34,978 in the colony.
