WOOL AND TALLOW. United Press Association—Copyright LONDON, July 10. Wool, ehiefy merinos suitable for the American trade, has advanced one half-penny. Other classes are firm.
At the tallow sales 894 casks were offered and 531 sold. Fine mutton is at 36s 6d, others unchanged.
UNION BANK DIVIDEND. LONDON, July 10. The Union Bank has declared a dividend of 10 per cent., and a bonus of 2 • per cent., the hitter for six months. The sum of £10,090 is applied to reduction of hank premises account, £IO,OOO to officers’ . fjjndu. £50,000 as "provision for depreciation on investments, £50,000 - to reserve, and £34,000 is carried forward.
