Press Association. DUNEDIN, last night-. At. the Educational Institute tonight Wm. Davidson’s scheme of payment a lid promotion of teachers as set forth by him in the Journal of Education was discussed. Resolutions were adopted approving of the classification of schools and positions so far as regards sole and head teachers and male and female assistants. The question of salaries was ■ postponed until tomorrow.
