MR. DEAKIN’S HEALTH.
United Press Association-Copyright MELBOURNE, July 9. Mr. Donkin is suffering from nervous prostration, due to overwork in England. He has been ordered a complete rest. A truce lias been arranged with the Opposition. Mr. Watson will take no hostile action against the Government during Mr. Deakin’s absence.
