Dr. Stephen Leacock, of McGill University, who is going tho round of tlio Empire delivering a series of lectures on the problem of Imporial organisation, has arranged to include Now Zoalnnd in his tour. A mutual friend, who occupies a responsible position in London, writes t) me stating that Dr. Leacocko is an eloquont speaker of some sound views and that his missionary tour ought to do a great deal of good, both while ho is engagod in it and subsequently through, tho experience he will gain and lUaks use of on his return to Canada.
